Direct Applicant Guidance

Moving Your Business and Family Is a Big Decision. Your Plan Should Make It Clearer.

We help investors and entrepreneurs prepare the business plan and financial evidence their visa application requires, explained in plain language, step by step.

What We Don't Do

We are not lawyers. We do not decide which visa category you qualify for, and we do not file petitions with immigration authorities. If you do not have an attorney yet, we can explain what to look for when choosing qualified legal counsel.

Working with an attorney? We coordinate directly with them.

How We Help You

๐Ÿ’ก
Plain Language First

We explain exactly what your visa category requires from a financial perspective before you commit substantial capital.

๐Ÿ“Š
Turn Ideas Into Numbers

We translate your operational vision into defensible 5-year projections: start-up costs, hiring timeline, revenue, and payroll.

๐Ÿ”
Organize Your Money Trail

We compile and audit your financial paper trail so your attorney can prove lawful origin and clear transfer of funds.

๐Ÿค
Attorney Collaboration

We work seamlessly alongside your attorney, integrating their legal feedback into drafts with zero headache for you.

Words You'll Hear (And What They Mean)

RFE (Request for Evidence) A formal notice from USCIS or a consulate requesting additional proof before a decision is made. Most business RFEs question unsupported revenue or job timelines.
Marginal Business An enterprise that generates only enough profit to support the investor and their family. Visa officers reject marginal plans; your plan must show capacity to employ U.S. workers.
Investment "At Risk" Statutory requirement that capital has been spent or irrevocably committed to the business. Money merely sitting in a personal bank account does not count.
Source of Funds The documented paper trail proving where your investment money originated (salary, business sale, gift, property, inheritance) and that it was lawfully acquired.

Applicant FAQ

We strongly recommend working with a licensed immigration attorney. Your attorney formulates overall legal strategy, reviews eligibility, and files the petition. We build the business plan, financial model, and Source of Funds audit that your attorney relies on.

We execute confidentiality NDAs on request, employ end-to-end encrypted file transfers, and restrict access solely to the senior financial analysts directly assigned to your engagement.
