1. Scope of Services

VisaFinancials prepares business plans, financial projections, Source of Funds reports, and related documentation. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or filing services.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

All immigration and funding decisions are made exclusively by government agencies (USCIS, DOS, IRCC), lenders, or investors. We do not guarantee visa approval, funding approvals, or government processing timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to supply accurate, complete, and lawful documentation. You are responsible for the truthfulness of all historical records provided. You agree to have your licensed attorney review the final work product prior to government submission.

4. Quotes and Turnaround

Fees are set forth in a written fixed quote. Delivery dates run from receipt of all required core checklist documents. Delays in document provision proportionally extend delivery milestones.

5. Revisions Policy

All plans include drafting review rounds within the active review window. Material changes to the fundamental business concept or investment framework constitute new scope.

6. White-Label Partners

Law firm and institutional partner engagements are governed by custom partner agreements and NDAs which prevail over these standard terms in the event of conflict.
